Surge Protectors
We install surge protectors on each garage door opener to protect the motor from power spikes.
Safety Inspections
We test the safety reverse feature, photo-eye sensors, and check the balance of the door to ensure it is operating safely.
Full Lubrication
All moving parts, hinges, and rollers are fully lubricated during your scheduled tune-ups to reduce wear and noise.
Lifetime Labor Warranty
The lifetime labor warranty applies to parts installed by Family Garage Door Service while membership is active.

These terms summarize the membership terms supplied by Family Garage Door Service, LLC. The complete written agreement and applicable law control.
1. Membership term & coverage
- Membership is valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
- Coverage applies to all garage doors at one residential property.
- Benefits are those listed in the membership brochure or webpage in effect at purchase.
2. Included services
- A tune-up and lubrication of all garage doors at the property is included on the purchase day if service is scheduled.
- One annual tune-up is included during the membership term.
- Surge protector(s) are installed on each garage door opener at the time of service.
3. Discounts & warranty
- Members receive 5% off work completed on the sign-up day and 10% off future services while membership is active.
- Members receive 50% off emergency service fees during the membership term.
- The lifetime labor warranty applies only to parts installed by Family Garage Door Service while membership is active.
4. Limitations
- Membership does not include parts, repairs, or additional services beyond those specified.
- The plan is non-transferable to other properties or individuals.
